Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Offeror’s detailed plan for providing University service addressing all of the features/needs outlined below. 24/7 live support availability to assist students and parents with use, as needed. Provide student/parent help in various languages, list languages offered. A University branded portal should be created with a dashboard to track incoming wires and to aid reconciliation, record keeping, and return of funds. This should be setup with minimal to no University IT resources required. The ability to electronically exchange information is required. Access to reports online is required. Provide a list of reports available to the University. Ability to track a payment, both by University student and University. Awarded Vendor should provide University with marketing materials to give to students to market the programs to students. Offeror should have the ability to post data directly to students’ accounts in Ellucian Banner or Nelnet/Quikpay. Provide how Offeror’s system will integrate with University’s students’ accounts. Electronic notification should be sent to University each day funds are available. This notification should include student information for identification of the student including student name and student ID #. If notification is email, must have ability to mask part of the ID. Deposits shall be made daily when there are University funds available. Ability for University students’ to pay fees in their home currency is preferred. Offeror shall be able to process refunds to students’ account of origination. Ability for University students to pay fees with the Offeror’s solution even if their home currency is not supported. Provide a list of countries for which Offeror can provide service. Provide a list of any excluded countries. Offeror should provide form for students to give to students’ bank with wire instructions to servicer. Preferred requirement - Offeror shall have the ability to cap the amount a University student can pay to the amount of their student bill with University. Provide information about any price match guarantee Offeror may have.
