Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Billings (“the City”) sponsors a self-funded medical and dental plan providing benefits to approximately 975 City employees and their eligible dependents. EBMS is the current servicer provider. The City of Billings offers a robust employee wellness program that focuses on total well-being. Employees earn incentives for meeting their recommended preventive care exams each year as suggested by their primary care physicians. In addition to their preventive care program, the City employees and their spouses are also encouraged to participate in the Healthy Is program. The Healthy Is program focuses on small, incremental changes that help members take control of their health and their lives. Driven by research, the program uses the sciences of physiology, neuroscience, motivation, positive psychology and human performance to help people reach their physical and mental goals. The program delivers monthly engagement, health challenges, and convenient onsite support. Proposals are being solicited to deliver a direct contract solution to include the following services: Inpatient services Outpatient services Lab services Professional services Anesthesia Clinical lab Injections/drug infusion Immunizations and vaccines Durable medical equipment
