1. Concrete Projects: Consists of concrete drainage replacement/repair, including but not limited to, demolition and replacement of existing failed concrete curb and gutter, installation of new concrete curb and gutter, and installation of new valley gutters. Projects will be detailed in a task order form (Appendix A) and proposed price shall include haul-off or disposal of existing and failed materials, as well as replacement of landscaping materials. 2. Asphalt Replacement Projects: Contractor shall provide appropriate cost based on square footage for replacement of damaged or failed asphalt for asphalt patching maintenance. Projects will be detailed in a task order form (Appendix A) and proposed price shall include haul-off or disposal of existing and failed materials as necessary. 3. Mastic Sealing: Contractor shall use manufacturer's estimating tool to provide sealing cost based in pounds for various crack sealing and patching applications. Product used shall be dependent on depth and width of cracking, depressions, or asphalt failures and outlined in the Statement of Qualifications. Mastic sealing will be applied to wide cracking, fatigue cracking, rutting, depressed or broken areas, and also around solid structures such as manholes, gutters, and drains as needed.
