The intent of this capital construction project is to rehabilitate the Warden Bridge carrying US-89 in Great Falls. Project development will include structural evaluation of both eastbound (Structure ID #06098) and westbound (Structure ID#06097) bridges, as well as design of plans and specifications for construction of the selected alternative. The selected consultant will be required to provide all services necessary for the project including (but not limited to) structural evaluation and nondestructive testing; bridge design; survey; environmental evaluation and permitting; hydraulic analysis and design; public involvement; local agency and other stakeholder coordination; and R/W investigation and potentially design The selected consultant will initially be scoped through the alternatives analysis and will be expected to complete testing and evaluation to inform the development of rehabilitation alternatives with associated cost and added service life. By submitting a proposal, the consultant affirms its capacity to complete the required work in accordance with the negotiated project schedule. The consultant must also demonstrate a robust internal quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) process that meets or exceeds industry standards for engineering deliverables.
