The obstruction removal service must be provided by a Disadvantaged Business Entity contractor with recent and relevant experience supporting tree removal-based task orders on US Army installations in the State of Washington. Additionally, the contractor must provide evidence of such task order support and provide professional background information on each of the personnel that are planned to support this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non- personal services necessary to perform Tree Obstruction Removals at JBLM as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. UM-CIRE and its designated contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.
