Specifications include, but are not limited to: At all times, the Contractor must be able to provide and maintain a facility with protocols and safeguards designed to protect the State of Montana’s records from unauthorized use or disclosure. This must include facility access controls, intrusion alarms, and continuous video surveillance producing surveillance recordings that will be kept by the Contractor for a minimum of 30 days and made available to authorized state agency representatives and the State Records Manager immediately upon request. Acceptable security measures should also be in place in all transportation to and from state agencies and the Contractor’s secure facility. The Contractor must provide vehicles designed for the transportation of storage records. The vehicles must have the appropriate security features (anti-theft device) and be secured while at a delivery/pick up site.
