Specifications include, but are not limited to:Below is a general outline of the anticipated scope of work. However, the final scope of work will be negotiated with the successful proposer. The City of Billings is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide security services at the City's three (3) parking garages. This would be for seven (7) days a week, on a rotating basis among Park I, Park II and Park III parking garages. The successful proposer shall be required to enter into an Agreement, which shall be for a period of two years, with two one-year options to renew at the same rate. The main areas of concern are as follows: PATROLS Proposer will provide at least one (1) security guard for security patrol at the following locations and times. This schedule may be adjusted by consent of both the Proposer and the City, to allow for changing circumstances
