The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the following services and equipment: 1. Ice Rink Installation: The rink design features a 200 ’diameter , or 32,000 sq. ft. custom ribbon refrigerated ice mat with headers and glycol supply, plus optional proprietary ice rink technology for monitoring and optimization, and training assistance. The open design layout will not require dasher walls, ensuring a free-flowing, accessible space for skaters. 2. Refrigeration and Power Infrastructure: The project will require a comprehensive outline of refrigeration system needs, including specifications for energy-efficient chillers, glycol systems, and backup systems for peak seasonal demand. Power requirements should be detailed, including the type of power supply needed and the capacity for future expansion if necessary. Refrigeration system must be portable for summertime storage in a different location. 3. Logistics & Project Management: The project will require the delivery, and material transport, with dedicated project management overseeing all aspects of the installation process, as well as compliance oversight will ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project.
