Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, incidentals and traffic control necessary to produce, haul, place, roll and broom approximately 237,600 square yards of laid-in-place scrub seal. The scrub seal will be approximately 13.5 miles long and 30 feet wide. Contractor shall provide PMRE (Polymer Modified rejuvenating Emulsion) and Type 1 chips. Traffic control with pilot cars must be maintained until dusk or fading light each work day as determined by the Project Manager. Contractor must provide enough pilot cars to keep traffic stops to a maximum of 15 minutes. Prior to emulsion application, Contractor must ensure roadway is clean and free of debris.
