Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Engineering development reviews for site plans, subdivisions, and other various private development applications received by the Department of Community Development or Transportation & Engineering Department. These items generally include: a. Water/sewer layout and desingdesign b. Potential conflicts with private and public utilities c. Stormwater design review d. Street layout and design e. Transportation facilities review f. Building permit roverview g. Occupancy inspection reviewreview 2. Review of engineering design reports, specifications, and drawings. 3. Review of infrastructure sets associated with public infrastructure. 4. Transportation & Engineering Department permit reviews. 1.5. Provide review comments in a comprehensive technical format that can be conveyed to the applicant in a timely manner. The City has recently adopted the use of Electronic Plan Review (Project Dox)) as the primary review platform.
