Specifications include, but are not limited to: The type of consultant services required under this request may include, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: • Overall project management, including public involvement, coordination with regulatory agencies and private utilities, and preparation of permit applications. • Surveying, conceptual engineering, planning studies, preliminary and final design. • Preparation of easements, various presentation materials, reports, construction drawings, specifications and bid documents. • Grant procurement and administration. • Bid administration. • Construction management, traffic control review, inspection, testing, creation of record drawings, and warranty inspections.
