CSSD is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Pre-DDI services that will lay the groundwork for future system replacement. The awarded vendor will be responsible for completing the following seven (7) key deliverables: Collateral Review – Review existing system documentation, past assessments, and relevant artifacts. Gap Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis, and Feasibility Study – Assess current system gaps, identify viable solutions, and analyze costs/benefits. Business Requirements Document & Business Process Mapping – Define functional and non-functional requirements and document existing and future business processes. DDI RFP Package Development – Assist in drafting the RFP for the complete system replacement, ensuring compliance with federal and state procurement requirements. Advance Planning Document (IAPD/IAPDU) Preparation and Support – Support the development of federally required planning documents to secure project funding. Project Management Assistance – Provide governance, stakeholder coordination, and project oversight to ensure Pre-DDI activities stay on track. Project Risk Mitigation – Identify and address potential risks associated with system modernization.
