1. Provide parking lot attendants (staffing) and management on the MSU Bozeman campus for various events to include football tailgate parking. a. Point of sale – take credit card payments on lot entry using equipment provided by MSU Parking and Transportation Services. b. Direct patrons to location to self-park their vehicle. c. Manage lot capacity & ensure patrons are in the correct parking spot. d. Valet services as requested by MSU (to be negotiated per event) 2. MSU Police Department/Parking and Transportation Services will be in charge of assigning Supplier’s Staff to their designated lot. 3. Supplier must have at least two years of experience parking vehicles in the greater Bozeman area. 4. Experience managing parking across approximately 2500 spaces, spread over multiple locations within one-mile radius. 5. Event staff will be employees of the supplier. 6. MSU Parking and Transportation Services will work in conjunction with the Supplier and the MSU Police to monitor behavior of patrons, and MSU Police will take appropriate action if necessary.
