1. For selection purposes, selection will be based on an overall project budget as well as a separate cost for price per pier. Please provide both with your proposal. 2. Provide unit prices for the following: a. Additional Casing per LF if needed. b. Addition or Deletion of each pier c. Re-mobilization if required. 3. Include casing, aggregate materials, and methods to provide a fully engineered and stamped system to support the design loads per the attached Geotechnical Report. 4. Include all equipment, material, labor, and supervision to design/engineer, survey, locate, and install all pier elements. 5. Installer to provide and reclaim any access paths or pads necessary to perform their own work. 6. For pricing and design, assume that piers will be installed from a building pad finished to subgrade of the finished floor of the building. 7. Include a modulus test or test pier for verification. Document electronically to CM. 8. Provide complete electronic shop drawings/calculations stamped by a Professional Engineer. 9. This scope of work will be required to work closely with the Structural Engineer & Design Team to meet a June 2025 installation date. 10. Design of the pier system will be required to be completed no later than April 18th, 2025 for submission to the City of Billings Building Department. That submission will be submitted by the Design Team along with their Permit Plan set. 11. Include provisions for cold weather earthwork such as clearing snow and drainage grading, as well as protecting materials from frost and moisture. 12. Include clearing and haul-off of spoils.
