Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor to Supply All Equipment and Services to Plug and Reclaim Wells The Contractor is required to perform and supply the following services and equipment: Contractor Provided Equipment and Services: Testing rig anchors, install rig anchors if none are present Service rig capable of 12,000 feet 2 7/8” work string (11,000 ft) rated and tested to meet job specs All down hole fluids (Kill fluids, fresh water) Cement, cement additives, cement services, and cementing equipment (see Wellbore Diagrams for plug type, placement and cement volumes) Wireline services (perforating and setting down hole tools) Trucking (vac truck, water, tubulars, etc.) Onsite supervisor Supply daily work and cost tracking Welder Backhoe (digging temporary pits) Blowout preventer (BOP) and closing unit All downhole tools (bits, scraper, cement retainers, fishing and milling tools) H2S safety equipment and services Mud tanks, circulating equipment Power swivel Roustabout services Reclamation and restoration equipment/services
