Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, incidentals and traffic control necessary to produce, haul, place, tack and compact approximately 2,355 tons of 1/2” Commercial Plant Mix Grade S MSCR PG 58H-34asphalt mix material; 500 of those tons will be utilized for pre leveling. The overlay shall be paved 0.15 feet thick and approximately 25 feet wide. Contractor will mill 0.15’ deep full width at both ends of the project tapering out to 0.0’ at 50’. Approximately 15 private approaches along this route will get 1.5’ aprons, and 2 county approaches will be milled into, tapering to 0 at 10’. Include apron costs in plant mix item. There is one bridge that will have both ends milled full width, tapering to 0 at 10’. Waterborne striping to be provided by the Contractor.
