1. ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE DELIVERED WITHIN 30 days from contract award. 2. City-County personnel will be available to assist in unloading equipment. Prices shall include delivery of all materials to City-County of Butte-Silver Bow, 93 Beef Trail Road, Butte, MT 59701. 3. The price shall include all transportation costs to Butte, MT, at the address listed in section 2. S. EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS/CONDITIONS 1. Materials shall be of good commercial quality. Material shall be treated to resist rust, corrosion and wear. 2. Bidder shall supply (1) parts book (hardcopy), (1) Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manual (hardcopy), (1) Service Manual, (1) Electrical Manual and electronic versions of each. 3. Bidder shall be prepared to give a complete demonstration of the Merits of the machine being offered as directed by the City-County. The equipment so demonstrated shall be complete as offered by the bidder. 4. The bidder shall satisfy the purchasing official that they maintain a store or branch within 150 miles of the working location of the machine. This location shall be staffed with qualified service-people, and have provisions for storing a representative supply of parts for the entire machine offered and have provisions for securing parts from the manufacturer within a reasonable length of time. 5. The supplier shall include in bid price of equipment, a program offering additional coverage for the machine throughout the warranty period at no additional cost to the City-County. Program shall include: a. Filter kits shipped to machine location at time of service b. Oil samples and results c. Annual machine inspection d. Machine connectivity via telematics e. Supply diagnostic software and equipment f. Travel time and mileage coverage to perform warrantable failures g. 95% equipment uptime availability guarantee, with no charge rental replacement for downtime. h. 97% parts fill rate within 2 days 6.
