Montana State University Procurement & Contract Services is considering a request from the University Communications, to award a Sole Source contract to Statamic, LLC for CMS platform and support. The determination of this Sole Source purchase is based on the following requirements: Description of Service or Product required: Priority Bug Fixes with Hotfix Deployment Requirement: Vendor must provide expedited bug fixes with hotfix capability for critical production issues Justification: Supporting 65,000 pages and 1,100 editors requires immediate resolution when bugs block content publishing or site access Quarterly Business Reviews with Product Team Requirement: Quarterly meetings with vendor's product team Justification: Understanding upcoming platform changes and deprecations allows us to proactively adjust our implementation strategy and avoid breaking changes Custom Feature Development Review Requirement: Vendor must review and provide feedback on our custom feature implementations Justification: Ensuring our code follow best practices prevents performance degradation at scale
