Performance & Production Requirements • Develop and execute engaging 2-hour performances. • Suggestions for pit access or VIP experiences welcomed. • Provide all necessary vehicles, stunt performers, and equipment, including: o Monster trucks, ramps, obstacles, and safety barriers. o Tow trucks, emergency response vehicles, and transportation for crew members. o Any additional props or equipment required for performances and course setup – all glass removed. • Ensure all safety protocols and risk management measures are in place. • Coordinate all event logistics, including: o Setup, rehearsals, and breakdown within the allocated timeframe. o Arena ground preparation before the event. o Arena ground restoration after the event. Personnel & Event Support • Provide a skilled event team, including: o Professional announcer to engage the audience and coordinate production timeline with Fairgrounds staff. o Music director to curate a high-energy soundtrack for the event working in tandem with the announcer and the production timeline. o Arena director to oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with production timeline. o Event personnel including experienced drivers, crew members, and safety officials. • Meet and consult regularly with Fairgrounds staff to collaborate on production timelines and ensure sponsorship compliance. • Provide availability for: o VIP experiences o Sponsor engagement o Media appearances Marketing, Compliance & Non-Compete • Provide marketing materials to support event promotion, including: o Logos o Videos o Images • Comply with all event regulations, including: o Local permitting requirements. o Insurance and safety standards. o Following direction of Missoula Fairgrounds Staff • Non-Compete: o The producer agrees not to hold, promote, or participate in a similar event within a 90-mile radius for a minimum of 60 days before and after the event date. Logistics & Additional Requirements • Bring all necessary props and specialized equipment. Please note: Only tire stacks are allowed as props. Automobiles cannot be used for destructive/demolition purposes. No vehicles can be burned as part of the production. • Supply vehicles and equipment for moving dirt as needed to setup the course and restore the arena floor after the event. Please note: Digging lower than 12 inches below the surface at any time will result in a fine of $5,000. • Ensure access to necessary utilities and services, including: o Water truck (if required). o Lodging for contract personnel. • Provide compensation for any damages to the facility caused by the production within 10 days of the event. • Any disabled vehicles, discarded vehicle parts, trash and debris from the production must be removed within 12 hours of the final show. No trash in the back of vehicles at any time.
