Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and traffic control necessary to mill roadway full width an average 0.15 feet deep. Roadway ranges from 80 feet wide to 84 feet wide and 1995 feet in length, approximately 18,309 square yards. One turn bay at Gateway Community Center will be included. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, incidentals and traffic control necessary to produce, haul, place, tack and compact approximately 1,875 tons of 3/8” Commercial Plant Mix Grade S 64-28 asphalt mix material. The overlay shall be paved 0.15 feet thick and approximately 80 to 84 feet wide. Complete milling and paving between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM Sunday through Thursday. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to replace striping, words, and symbols in-kind. Contractor responsibility to determine the centerline, lane striping, and symbol locations. Temporary, interim, and final striping will be waterborne paint. Drop inlets along the project must be protected by the contractor from contamination.
