FOREWORD
The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office is soliciting quotes for installing a wash pad that will include trench drains, flatwork concrete, and miscellaneous tasks associated with the BLM Miles City Field Office (MCFO) Wash Pad project located in Miles City, Montana. Work includes wiring, plumbing, and installing an undercarriage wash system.

RESTRICTIONS ON CONTACTS: Beginning upon release of the request for quote (RFQ) through contract award, contacting Government employees who may be associated with this work by participating offerors on the subject of this RFQ is inappropriate. Offerors for this RFQ, including subcontractors and teammates, shall not attempt such contacts during this period. All correspondence shall be through the Contract Specialist listed below:

SITE VISIT: The Government strongly urges offerors to inspect the site to gain a better understanding of the work requirements and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award.
