Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Montana University System (MUS) currently has a comprehensive health and wellness platform for the MUS’ wellness program. The platform allows for efficient administration and management of the MUS’ system-wide wellness programs and member engagement services. The services include customer service with individual members including communication, engagement, activity tracking and reporting, individual goal setting, tracking and incentives. The platform works with MUS wellness programs which provide preventive services such as WellCheck screenings and disease management programs and the ability to use data imported from those programs. The platform offers a mobile application (app) for participants to connect with online resources, incentivizing and tracking points, allows for automated tracking and self-reporting, with emphasis on automation.
