The STATE OF MONTANA, Montana GEAR UP (MTGU) program, is seeking information from organizations with expertise in addressing student absenteeism and improving school attendance rates among middle and high school students. MTGU sees absenteeism, and especially chronic absenteeism, as a significant challenge to the success of all students at MTGU schools and has identified it as a priority to address during the program’s current seven-year grant period (2024-2031). MTGU seeks responses from vendors with the expertise and capacity to address some or all of the project components outlined in this request for information. Interested vendors are invited to submit information describing the services they offer and explaining their ability to develop and implement strategies for reducing absenteeism among 7th-12th grade students in the following 12 school districts: Arlee Public Schools Box Elder Public Schools Browning Public Schools Hardin Public Schools Libby Public Schools Lodge Grass Public Schools Pryor Public Schools Rocky Boy Public Schools St. Ignatius Public Schools St. Regis Public Schools Superior Public Schools Thompson Falls Public Schools
