Property Management Services will include: • Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to identify and address potential maintenance needs. • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and building codes. • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors for specialized services (e.g., janitorial, trash service, landscaping, snow removal, pest control). • Reporting: Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and property conditions. • Consolidated Invoicing: Issue a single monthly invoice for all professional and maintenance services, including descriptions of all work requested for payment. • Operational Reporting: Provide quarterly and annual reports that highlight operational issues/conditions and summarize preventive maintenance, remedial work requests, and facility management operations.
