The selected contractor will provide rideshare services to eligible students. • For service in the city of Bozeman area, the boundary will be set as a fifteen (15) mile radius from the main transit hub on campus, the pre-existing bus loop located at 756 Grant Street, outside of the Strand Union Building. See Attachment B CatCab Radius Map in Buyer Attachment Section. • Pickup and drop off locations are to be pre-determined by the rider, anywhere within this pre-determined radius, and within established times and dates of service. • High Traffic weekends coinciding with major holidays, such as Halloween Weekend or St. Patrick’s Day, will be defined in advance. • Montana State University and the office of Off-Campus Student Life shall manage fund allocation and consistent payments to the selected provider. • Montana State University and Off-Campus Student Life desires to offer this safe ride/ride sharing program each weekend for the duration of the academic year, excluding Winter Break, Thanksgiving and Spring Break, and other times that classes are not in session.
