Please provide monthly pricing for: 2 regular toilets at outdoor track & field complex, service once per week - Needed 12 months of year (Billable to MSU Athletics) - include any additional charges for more than one servicing per week. Please provide monthly pricing for: Football service to include 92 regular event toilets and 4 Handicap ADA units at each football game. (Billable to MSU Parking and Transportation Services) Monthly billing for all units – September, October, November. Maximum 7 home regular season football games in 2025 (September through Mid-November). Home games September 6, 13, 20, 27, October 11, November 8, 15, 2025 Potential for up to three playoff games in December. Please note: University reserves the right to request to add additional units on monthly basis, reduce the number of units on site, and/or cancel all units if an event is cancelled. If changes are requested they will be communicated by the University Liaison. Bid must include any pickup, delivery, or set-up and relocation charges. Football game service to include pre-game cleaning of units, and post-game cleaning of units. Units must be locked and left on site at a minimum from Friday before games until Sunday after games. Units may be locked and left stored at stadium between games if desired. Units should have winter additive to prevent freezing. Any additional event units will be communicated as needed. Local service available on short notice in case of storm damage or vandalism etc. Portable Toilets must be serviced after each athletic event, and/or at the request of the University.
