Montana State University Billings (MSU Billings) is seeking to allow a single contractor the exclusive right to supply its line of soft drink products, excluding any type of hot beverages, dairy products or alcoholic beverages, in all MSU Billings campus facilities. These Beverage products include canned and bottled beverages sold in MSU Billings’ vending machines and concession stands as well as any fountain drinks. In addition, the contractor shall have the exclusive right to supply all Beverages in connection with MSU Billings’ food service program. MSU Billings is seeking a soft drink sponsor that will participate financially and provide other benefits to the MSU Billings programs in exchange for the exclusive rights to sell its Products and participate in advertising, marketing, and other promotional activities approved by MSU Billings.
