Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is soliciting proposals for management services to assist the District in the administration of this project in compliance with all applicable funding source requirements, specifically the TSEP Program as described in the current edition of the Montana TSEP Program Grant Administration Manual. Payment terms will be negotiated with the selected offeror. The fee for project management services will be paid with TSEP funds. The District has $30,000 budgeted for professional services. The services to be provided include: 1. Assist to secure RD funding 2. Draft a management plan and contract for review and approval by the MDOC 3. Compliance with any applicable environmental requirements 4. Assist the District with all requirements related to effective project start-up and implementation 5. Establish and maintain complete and accurate project files and prepare all documentation and reports incidental to the administration of the grants/loans 6. Review all proposed project expenditures or requests for payment to ensure their propriety and proper allocation of expenditures of the budget
