The University of Montana, (hereinafter referred to as “the University”) is seeking a contractor to provide long term rental/leasing options for the use of class and field work off-pavement , and on unimproved, and normal road conditions. The focus will be the use of “class work and field work“ trucks and SUV’s that can meet the needs of a campus with programs that do much outdoor rugged research and work. Many rental options will follow a semester by semester need, but some programs may rent/lease for consecutive semesters or outside of the academic calendar (OCRMW will be 4-6 months). Additionally, the ability to have or allow these vehicles to tow or attach trailers will be required. The University will use the vendor as the preferred supplier but not required supplier of this service
