Materials used to stop the emergent cause will be presented at no more than 15% over Contractor's actual cost unless negotiated and agreed to by the respective agency(ies) affected by the emergency. S5 Non-specific Services 1 HR - Hour 11/3/2025 to 12/31/2026 Reserved for services not already included in the Scope of Work or the listed Additional Services. To answer this line, provide the hourly rate for one employee. Services acquired under this line will use the labor rate as a base cost with specific work outlined prior to engagement through a signed purchase order. Contractor and agency may negotiate any incidentals-including equipment rental, if necessary.
