Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services can only be provided outside of normal business hour: only weekends, or weekdays after 5:00 P.M. Will set a regular schedule with local staff. At the commencement of contract, Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) and the contractor will agree upon the normal work schedule and days of the week to perform the work. FWP will reserve the right to make necessary scheduling changes if needed. Work schedules are not subject to change without prior written approval of FWP. No cleaning will take place in secured or locked areas after hours. FWP will be notified in advance of dates and time that the quarterly and biannual cleaning requirements will be completed, so that the FWP’s representative can verify completion of requirements. The contractor will submit to FWP a list of all employees working under this contract. This list is to include the names and work schedules of everyone that will be on the grounds fulfilling these duties. FWP shall receive a revised listing within five (5) calendar days of any changes. The FWP’s contract liaison is always available through e-mail. All the contact information will be listed in the contract. g. Periodically, FWP may request face-to-face meetings. 3.0 Every Two Weeks 3.1 Bathrooms: Restrooms in both (central and northwest) offices: area must be thoroughly cleaned (toilet, sink, floor, walls if necessary) Trash emptied with at least 2 trash bags in bottom of each container in case trash needs to be emptied more often by staff. 3.2 Individual Offices: Trash receptacles emptied, keeping 2 unused trash bags in the interior bottom of the canister in case trash needs to be emptied more often by staff. Floors must be swept and mopped (hard surface flooring) or vacuumed (carpeted basement offices in northwest building). Materials located on desktops including papers, pens, etc. are not to be disturbed. 3.3 Interior Door Windows: Windows on doors leading into the buildings must be cleaned and free from streaks 3.4 Kitchen Areas: Flooring must be swept & mopped Table(s) cleaned Trash emptied with at least 2 trash bags in bottom of each container in case trash needs to be emptied more often by staff. Sinks and countertops cleaned 3.5 Entryway and Common Areas: Flooring must be swept & mopped Table(s) and countertops cleaned Trash emptied with at least 2 trash bags in bottom of each container in case trash needs to be emptied more often by staff. 4.0 Additional Cleaning Twice Per Year (semi-annually): All exterior windows cleaned inside and outside spring & late fall 5.0 SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: 5.1 Items Supplied by Contractor All cleaning supplies All trash bags 5.2 Items Supplied by FWP Toilet paper Paper towels / paper hand towels
