1.) The procured system should satisfy the base electrical requirements of the Novera system, including microwave frequencies, multiplexing capacity, DC voltage levels, and number of outputs for drive lines, readouts, flux lines, and TWPA pump lines for full control of both Novera chips. 2.) Microwave signal generation must be accomplished through fully Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) to achieve the following system performance characteristics: a. Minimize system complexity b. Minimize necessity and frequency of calibration c. Permit multi-carrier multiplexing d. Permit real-time phase reset 3.) Spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of microwave signals must exceed 60 dBc across the full frequency range 4.) Microwave signal bandwidth must exceed 750 MHz 5.) System must support native GPU/CPU integration to enable hybrid schemes for quantum error correction and networking 6.) System must fit within standard 19” 3U rack-mount footprint to ensure compatibility with space requirements and existing equipment 7.) System must support multi-user networking 8.) System must be fully operable with included software stack 9.) Software must have a graphical user interface in addition to command line and scripting functionality 10.) System must have fully integrated software control of drive, readout, flux and TWPA pump signal parameters
