Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Administration, State Procurement Services Division, is considering a request from the Office of Public Instruction, to award a Sole Source contract to New Meridian Corporation for the MAST Science Assessment. The determination of this Sole Source purchase is based on the following requirements: 1. The New Meridian Corporation was written into the grant narrative as the testing vendor when OPI applied for the 2024 CGSA grant. 2. New Meridian is also providing services/products for the current math and ELA MAST through-year assessment. It is ideal to use their services and testing platform to continue the work in developing through-year assessments, so Montana stakeholders are familiar with a similar product, testing experience, and assessment platform.
