The State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) Call for Applications for innovative energy studies for local governements to help inform, direct, and guide projects. A complete description of the Call for Applications is provided on the Prerequisites page of this event. There are two types of Applications: Category A and Category B, each with different requirements and deadlines. When naming your files for uploading, follow the naming convention as directed in the RFA packet to clearly identify what category is submitted. Applications must comply with all instructions and procedures presented herein and all attachments/documents uploaded as instructed and/or prompted.
