Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following is a description of the services being sought. 3.2.1. Classification: Analyze DNRC positions utilizing the State Human Resources approved classification procedures. On-site audits may be required. All reviews shall be written up in Department of Administration, State Human Resources Division approved format. 3.2.2. Position Description Development: Position descriptions shall be developed for new and existing positions. This will involve on-site audits with either incumbents and supervisors or just supervisors. The contractor shall follow Department of Administration, Personnel Division approved format. 3.2.3. Market Surveys: Perform market salary surveys on DNRC positions that are typically hard to find market data on. The contractor shall use Department of Administration, Personnel Division approved salary surveys. 3.2.4. Personnel Investigations: Conduct investigations on sensitive personnel issues. This will include interviewing essential personnel, reporting findings to management and serving as an expert witness if required. 3.2.5. Training: Provide training to DNRC employees on a variety of professional and managerial topics such as: communication; conflict resolution; running effective meetings; working with and managing difficult employees and essentials of management. 3.3 Travel and Per diem: In the event the contractor is required to travel while performing under the resulting contract, DNRC agrees to reimburse lodging, meals and travel expenses at the established State of Montana rates.
