This service provider has been providing state-wide maternal health and maternal mental health resources for 35 years, by the patient and provider-facing, perinatal-specific digital resource guide, LIFTS, launched as a statewide resource in the summer of 2021, supported by various funding sources from the Department and other sources. HMHB also owns the rights to the annual LIFTS magazine, which accompanies the LIFTS resource guide. The Looks Closer campaign to address perinatal substance use in Montana was developed using grant funding in 2020 and launched in 2021. HMHB owns the right to both the LIFTS guide and Looks Closer campaign, including the website domain and all materials associated with LIFTS and the Look Closer campaign.
