Provide all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and traffic control necessary to install W-Beam guardrail to existing rail post on Eastbound Wardon bridge. Posts are 105.5” center to center. Both North and South sides. Rail will start and be terminated on the concrete rail posts using W-Beam terminal connectors. The estimated length of the guardrail will be approximately 4,200 feet total. Guard rail will be installed at standard height as measured from the top of the curb/walkway. All guardrail materials and installation shall be in accordance with the Department’s book entitled “Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction”, 2025 edition or as amended by current supplemental specifications. Contractor will not begin work till 9:00 am each day due to high morning traffic volumes.
