The U.S. Government currently occupies storage space in a building under lease in Missoula, Montana that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, and non-productive agency downtime. Lessor must remain active in SAM.gov during the lease (System for Award Management) and sign a government lease with applicable clauses. Climate control is not needed. Needs to be ground level space with loading zone. Space required is 100 square feet. Unit must have 24/7 access. Security camera system is preferred.
The storage space offered must be located within the following delineated area:
West: Highway 93 (N Reserve St & S Reserve St)
South: South Ave W
East: South Higgins Ave
North: 3rd St W then north on S California, to River Rd back to 93
