Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will reconstruct curb/gutter, drainage structures, sidewalk and driveway approaches and landscaping adjacent to Ryman Street, Spruce Street and Woody Street at City Hall.The design of the project will include curb/gutter with corner curb bulb outs, drainage structures, sidewalk, curb ramps, driveway approaches and asphalt patches. The existing angled parking shall be restriped on Ryman Street, Spruce Street and Woody Street. A total of three ADA parking spaces, ADA curb ramps, striping and ADA signs are required. The existing trees adjacent to Ryman Street, Spruce Street and Woody Street are to be removed and replaced with City Parks Department approved trees and associated landscaping including Silva Cells or similar, topsoil and irrigation. Engineering construction services will be limited to staking andanswering construction related questions. Communications with City Development Services staff and other departments are important components of the engineering service work. It is planned that the engineering design portion of this project will begin by late 2019 and that construction will take place in 2020 construction season. The selected engineering consulting firm will be required to follow City, State and Federal regulations.
