Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary goal of this project is to update, revise and potentially expand the City of Norwalk'sHistoric Resources Inventory List, which was completed in the late 1970s. This project shall requirethe expertise of a historian or architectural historian (consultant). It is anticipated that the successfulconsultant shall complete the inventory and produce a survey report. The successful consultant mustcoordinate efforts with designated representatives of the City of Norwalk's Historical Commission.As a project deliverable, the successful consultant shall also be responsible to coordinate with Cityof Norwalk information technology personnel to provide the resulting historic inventory informationin an electronic format that is geo-referenced for inclusion into the City's GIS central database.The ultimate goal of the project is to identify and survey all pre-1960 properties within thegeographic boundaries of the City of Norwalk. However, due to funding constraints, the City isanticipating that this historic resource inventory project shall span multiple fiscal years
