Provide on-site medical services for incarcerated individuals housed in the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center (LCCDC) in accordance with Montana Jail Standards, Federal PREA standards, and applicable County, State, and Federal laws, and regulations. • Overview o Unlimited primary care and urgent care appointments; o Minimum of 10-15 hours per week of dedicated time at the Detention Center to be scheduled in the most efficient manner for nursing staff and jail administrators; o On-call availability throughout regular work week (i.e., Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to answer nursing questions/concerns over the phone or have telehealth visits with inmates; o Implementation of standing orders for nursing staff to facilitate earlier treatment intervention and streamlining of medical protocols; o Wholesale medication prices plus dispensing fee; o Wholesale laboratory costs; and o Best negotiated price for imaging
