Provide professional services for design and construction of the new park on North Scott Street and right-of-way abutting the park (Scott, Otis, Shakespeare, and Rogers streets). The park master plan identifies a range of park amenities and features including trails, playground, water play area, pavilion, multi-use sports court, open recreation lawn, restroom facilities, volleyball, native dryland areas, shade trees, and a dog-off-leash area. The ROW infrastructure surrounding the park will also be included in the project (Scott, Otis, Shakespeare, and Rogers streets). Following consultant selection, the City intends to enter into a contract with the Consultant to provide for design development, construction document preparation, and construction management services for development of the Park and ROW adjacent to Park. Specific services of the Consultant will include, but not be limited to: site survey, design development, preparation of construction drawings, specifications and details*, cost estimating, project management, and construction administration.
