Phase 1: Buildings Condition Assessment and Recommendations Report The County will contract with the selected respondent to provide a detailed analysis of the existing facilities and deliver a Buildings Condition Assessment and Recommendations Report consisting of, but not limited to, the following: ▪ Evaluate the adequacy of existing infrastructure, including site assessment, water, wastewater, utilities, structural and civil design, operation efficiency, and safety; ▪ Provide recommendations on building feasibility of use and options, and, as appropriate, outline any structure or building upgrades needed to meet current building codes, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and zoning. If not cost-effective, or significant safety and environmental risks exist, provide recommendations that buildings/structures should be demolished.
