Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. PowerSchool's Connected Intelligence Data Cloud and Analytics & Insights platforms are proprietary systems. The services required for this project - deployment of CEDS data model and implementation of the Community Engagement site for ESSA reporting - must be performed within PowerSchool's own hosted environment. No other vendor has the ability to provide access, licensing, or managed services for these products. Montana OPI determined PowerSchool was the only viable source because of our existing relationship and established use of their platforms. Transitioning to a different vendor would require significant time, additional costs, and duplication of work to replace systems already in place. To meet project deadlines and avoid unnecessary expense, OPI concluded that continuing with PowerSchool is the only practical option.
