Clear limits for all new construction are to be of sufficient width, which will vary by side-slope percent, to provide for the requirements. The first 1000-foot section of new road will require State’s Liaison approval after the clearing limits are cut before road construction begins, to ensure the cut clearing limits are wide enough to meet specifications based on the side slope.
