i. Window repairs . This element involves the five window openings on the north wall and the window opening on the west wall toward the north. No windows survive and the openings are covered by plywood. Work required: Remove existing plywood covers from the window openings; Construct six new windows. The windows will be sized to fill the existing openings. Each will have new single strength glass, wood sashes and a single wood meeting rail. While the new windows will be inoperable, the addition of meeting rail will provide a new window the appearance of a one-over-one double hung; Construct rock screen for each window. The rocks screens will be the same size as the new windows; each will consist of a wood frame with screen of ¼ to ½ " steel mesh. The mesh will be sandwiched and anchored with on the face of screen with wood battens; Prime and paint the wood window and screen elements; the paint will be red similar in hue to shop's exterior wall siding; Reinstall Rock Screen on Hoist House on the South and East Sides of Building ii. Door repairs. This element involves the two shop doors, one on the east wall and the other on the west wall. Each shop door consists of a single leaf, approximately 10' x 10', suspended from an overhead metal runner.
