Specifications include, but are not limited to: Multiple hazardous features and waste remain at the Siteincluding abandoned adits and shafts, two historical mills, modern mill buildings, and mine wastes. Arepository has been excavated to contain impacted solid media waste. Contractor will provide water; installconstruction Best Management Practices (BMP’s); construct a run-on ditch upgradient of the repositoryfootprint; excavate, haul, place and compact waste rock and tailings from around the site within the repositoryfootprint; construct the repository cover; backfill tailings and waste rock removal areas with cover soil;reconstruct Mill Creek and install streambank protection in South Fork Lower Willow Creek; revegetatedisturbed areas; and remove all debris items after completion.
