Scope of work includes: A one room lab renovation within Barnard Hall on the campus of MSU Bozeman. The existing room 111 is currently used as a multi-person office. This room 111 will be renovated to accommodate lithography equipment (EBL) along with separate room carved out of the existing space for UPS & Chillers tied to the EBL (this equipment is provided by owner). The Primary areas of work are within the interior of the building in room 111 and include new finishes, doors/access for equipment and a new wall within the room, mechanical system (hydronic & duct) modifications to the room layout, electrical (power & data) revisions to accommodate new equipment. Routing for building systems components to support the renovation (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, data) will extend beyond room 111 as shown in the drawings to tie into existing systems as fitting for this renovation. The full scope of the work and alternates are identified in the Contract Documents.
