Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct a minimum of 100 classroom clinics/programs per year including teaching aids, instructor’s expenses; curriculum, materials, gear and volunteer assistance where needed. Primary duties: Gyotaku (Japanese Fish Printing) and other fish art projects; fish jeopardy; fish dissections; water distribution (classroom lesson about the amount and location of water across Montana and the rest of the world, and how that relates to Montana’s fish and conservation); Lure making, and fish identification. These will all be classroom programs during the school year with schools participating in the Hooked on Fishing Program. Primary geographical areas served will include FWP administrative regions 3 (Bozeman), 4 (Great Falls), 5 (Billings), 6 (Glasgow) and 7 (Miles City). Other areas within those regions would include Helena, Anaconda and Havre. Contractor would submit a report documenting work accomplished and financial records to FWP liaison by August 15 of each year, documenting the activities of the previous fiscal year.
