Specifications include, but are not limited to: North Carolina Department of Commerce, Division of Community Assistance is seekingproposals from qualified persons or organization to conduct and prepare an Analysis ofImpediments to Fair Housing Choice 2011-2015 for the State of North Carolina forconsolidated plan years 2011-2015. The consultant will develop the State s Analysis ofImpediments according to Federal Regulations at 24 CFR 91.255 in compliance with theConsolidated Plan rule. Each section of the analysis of impediments will provide a brief overview of the subjectarea.The report will conclude with recommendations to address the impediments found.These recommendations or the state s plan for addressing fair housing further identifiesimpediments to fair housing, determines what steps the state can take to eliminate theidentified impediments and monitors the progress of the recommendations.
